FATIMA & RVS MEDICAL COLLEGE ISSUES
Even though we have not taken much pain in RVS Issue – We gave HOPE to the students who had taken active lead in getting replacement . We personally visited college once and discussed various possibilies . Discussed over phone few more times . We haven’t followed it in recent past . But RVS Students called us and thanked for the moral support given in those odd times , we felt so happy for them .
Here , more than our efforts , courtesy of those students is to be appreciated .
Also the timely action of New Govt & Minister Sri Alla Nani garu is be appreciated . We don’t mean to take credit of the issue , but only felt like mentioning it .
FATIMA ISSUE :- We have taken so much pain and lots of efforts to help FATIMA 2015 Batch students . Really a Lot ! After all we feel so much disappointed as only 53 students re joined MBBS in one way or the other , that too by loosing 3 years time . It is a Big example , how then AP CM is FOOLED & MISLEADED by his authorities . Even after AP ASSEMBLY passing a resolution to help them , majority of the students education been devasted .
None of the politicians or media or officials had an IDEA or COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING on the ISSUE , but simply says that its UNION SUBJECT & STATE CAN’T HELP . For the 1st time ever , after giving STRONG HOPES to Parents & Students of FIMS , Bharat Medicos failed in its attempts . FIMS is recognized for 100 MBBS seats (ante dated) from February 2015 and these admissions happened in September 2015 . There is NO POINT that that college is UNIFIT to run the course .
ANGER of COURT cant be shown on Students . For the mistake of filing cases in 2 high courts , by its management , admissions of 100 students who were about to finish their 1st year MBBS cant be cancelled at any cause .
Our State Govt did every possible mistake in filing court affidavits and representations . Even as last resort – If they have passed an Ordinance , NO COURT WOULD HAVE CANCELLED that AP ACT IN FUTURE , as FIMS is a recognized and the condition posed by court at time of admission applies only if its not recognized . Any how , AP Govt officials came with a weird solution of making them prepare for NEET and 53 students could join MBBS in year 2018 ( Loosing 3 years time ) and rest of the students aren’t being returned the fee they paid .
Bharat Medicos would help them even in future if they request .
